By continuing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• OwnSarthi provides only professional driver services.
• The vehicle must be owned by, or legally provided to the customer.
• All vehicle-related expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The customer is fully responsible for toll charges, parking fees, fuel expenses, traffic fines or challans, state taxes and entry charges, vehicle breakdown or repair costs, tyre punctures or mechanical issues, and any car-related emergency expenses.

Liability: OwnSarthi is not responsible for any mechanical, legal, or financial liabilities related to the customer’s vehicle.

Record Window: Booking-related records are maintained for up to 15 days. For any queries or concerns regarding your booking, please contact us within this period.
